The exteriors of this villa are impressive. In the impressive garden there is a beautiful private chlorine pool. The pool measures 9 x 4 m, has a depth of 1.1 to 2 m and 8 sun loungers. The views of the mountains and the forest are spectacular. The porch is perfect to enjoy an exquisite barbecue. On the other hand, the terrace is perfect for having breakfast or playing ping-pong. The plot is fenced and it is very quiet.

The house has a comfortable living room with TV-SAT, a separate dining room and a kitchen with induction cooker. There are four bedrooms with a wardrobe, and four bathrooms, three of them en-suite and with a shower, and the last with a hydromassage bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the remaining three bedrooms have two single beds. There is a cot and a high chair. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is ducted air conditioning.

The villa is located between the town of Pollença and Cala San Vicente. Pollença is a very beautiful town. In Cala San Vicente, 3 km away, you will find the closest beach. Pollença Golf Course is 8.6 km away.
