It is a true privilege to be able to enjoy the beautiful and special exteriors of this house. Surrounded by pure nature, it has a large furnished terrace to enjoy some good times outdoors with family or friends. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors or simply sit down to chat and have a glass of wine in total tranquility contemplating the magnificent views of the Tramuntana and the town of Fornalutx. They have a barbecue and an outdoor gas kitchen at their disposal, although they must bear in mind that from May 1 to October 15 it is prohibited to light them as it is a wooded area.

The construction is very cozy and beautiful thanks to its natural stone. It is distributed over two floors, finding, upon entering, a comfortable living-dining room with kitchen. Here they have two sofas to rest, relax watching satellite television, listening to some music or simply reading a book. This will be wonderful especially in winter next to the wood stove. The kitchen has a gas stove and all the necessary utensils. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the bathroom. For your relaxation there are 3 bedrooms located on the -1 floor, all with a wardrobe, a fan and a radiator. Two of them offer a double bed and the third two single beds. If you need it, we will prepare a crib and a high chair for you. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with a shower on the main floor and another with a bathtub on the -1 floor.

The house is located almost 4 km from Fornalutx, and just 500 meters from the impressive “Mirador de Ses Barques†from where you can see unparalleled views. Fornalutx is a small town with a lot of charm located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, which allows you to get to know the true essence of the island and its nature. In the town you will find local shops essential for your daily life, but for larger purchases you will have to travel to Sóller, which is about 15 minutes away by car.
