The exteriors of this property will transport you to a world apart due to its grounds full of nature, trees, and its amazing and unique landscape that you can enjoy in total privacy. In the patio you can sit and have a snack, read quietly or eat a delicacy prepared on the gas barbecue. The beauty of the construction is also extraordinary as it contains Mallorcan stone in each and every one of its corners, from the esplanades, the stairs and the walls, to the walls of the building.
The most peculiar thing, although perhaps advantageous, is that the house is divided into two buildings. In one of them, there is the kitchen, equipped with gas, microwave and other utensils and appliances, including a washing machine. This opens the way to the dining room and the living room, where you can lie down on the sofas and watch television with international channels perhaps accompanied by the heat of the wood stove on the cooler days. In the second building, they find a hall and the bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, and going up the stairs they have two bedrooms with a wardrobe and fan, one of them with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair.
The surroundings of the property are second to none. It is located very close to the famous Mirador de Ses Barques, a must-see in fact, where you can enjoy even more dreamlike views. The closest town is Fornalutx, located in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains. It is very authentic and quiet, with a grocery store and some restaurants with typical Mallorcan food. A car is necessary to move around and see new places. The closest sandy beach is in Puerto de Soller, about 10 km away. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking or driving to Escorca, Sóller, Valldemossa or DeiÃ.
The barbecue is gas as it is prohibited to light a fire from April to October. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Tourist license: ETV/6103At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. S'Oliverat ligt op een adembenemend mooie locatie, verscholen tussen de bergen en olijfbomen, maar toch op korte loopafstand van het pittoreske stadje Fornalutx. De tuin is gewoonweg prachtig, met een schoon zwembad omringd door bloemen. We waren onder de indruk van de faciliteiten en de bedden waren buitengewoon comfortabel.
Prachtig pand gelegen op een rustige locatie. Het is 10 minuten (heuvelachtig) lopen naar Fornalutx en een korte rit naar Soller. Het pand was ruim en de indeling met de hoofdslaapkamer en badkamer boven en de andere twee slaapkamers en een badkamer beneden was ideaal voor ons gezin.
De plek was fantastisch met een buitengewoon uitzicht en zwembad
De ligging en de natuur rondom het huis
Het bergachtige gebied en de omgeving waren werkelijk aangenaam, vol natuur en schone lucht. Het zwembad was van een perfect formaat en de tuin was levendig van kleur, met een mix van zonlicht en schaduw. De bedden boden een hoog niveau van comfort en de zone was over het algemeen erg kalmerend. We gebruikten de villa om de bergen in te trekken en hebben veel geweldige wandelingen gemaakt. De lokale busdienst bleek consistent en zorgde voor gemakkelijke verbindingen met Soller en Port de Soller.

De ligging in de olijfgaard in het prachtige Tramuntana is fantastisch. Het zwembad en de lounge waren uitstekend! Het uitzicht vanuit de kamers was erg mooi en rustig! De inrichting was traditioneel en prachtig ingericht, De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en voorkomend, We komen graag terug,
De ligging en het gebouw waren uitstekend, zeer ontspannend. De dichtstbijzijnde plaats ligt op 12 minuten lopen,
Een fascinerende plek: Het mooi ingedeelde vakantiehuis ligt midden in een terrasvormige olijfgaard met enkele zeer oude bomen en veel planten. We voelden ons hier uiterst op ons gemak en konden perfect ontspannen.
