It has an elevated chlorine pool measuring 4.5 m in diameter with a minimum and maximum depth of 1.20. In addition, the large terrace has 4 sun loungers, a barbecue, and a fully equipped 60 m2 porch so you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.

The 90 m2 house distributed on one floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds, both with wardrobes and a fan. There is availability for 1 crib. It has 1 bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house.
The living room-kitchen-dining room, all located in the same space, is very cozy. In it you will find 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 fireplace, 1 small table, TV-Sat, and 1 table equipped with chairs; The space for the gas kitchen has 1 table with chairs, and all the necessary utensils to be able to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Llubà is located just 3.8 km from the house, it is a very charming town, and there you will find the necessary services during your stay.
Just a 20-minute drive away are the beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with their soft white sand beaches and crystal-clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. Where a multitude of water activities are also offered, such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. In the Port of Alcúdia we also find the marina where you can see everything from large luxury yachts to a mix of colorful local fishing boats. On the other hand, we find the promenade where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay and the beach, and where we also find pleasant outdoor cafes and restaurants.
