Het huis, perfect voor gezinnen en groepen van 4-7 personen, beschikt over 4 aparte slaapkamers, airconditioning en/of ventilatoren, 2 badkamers, een garage en een aangenaam terras. Het ligt op slechts 3 minuten lopen van de zee. Alle essentiële voorzieningen zoals een supermarkt, apotheek en bakkerij zijn in de buurt. De communicatie met de eigenaar en het huisbeheerbedrijf was eenvoudig en gastvrij.
Alles was perfect, de locatie was handig, op korte loopafstand van de stad, de omgeving was rustig, er was een garage voor de auto, de plek was ruim met alles wat je nodig had
